Vikram Dhar is an International Coach, and Coach trainer. He has attended courses and seminars with the best coaches in the world. World’s top Leadership and Executive Coaches – Marshall Goldsmith and the likes of John Mattone. Vikram is personally trained, certified, and mentored by John Mattone (John is the former coach of the late Superstar of Business World ‘Steve Jobs’) as Intelligent Leadership Executive Coach (ILEC), and Leadership assessor (LA) using Leadership Inventory assessment tool. He had the privilege to learn from global gurus: David Allen (The Productivity Guru), Jack Canfield (Success Coach), Brian Tracy (Greatest Sales Coach), and Eckhart Tolle (‘Power of Now’ Fame).

From an NLP Coaching Perspective, he is a Licensed Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach, directly certified by Dr. Richard Bandler, who is the Co-founder of NLP. Vikram is a Licensed Neuro-Semantics Trainer, certified by Dr. Michael Hall. Vikram has attended International Coach Certification with John Grinder, co-founder of NLP. He is a certified NLP Trainer accredited by – American Board of NLP (US) and NLP Trainer member of ANLP (UK), and a Master Trainer of International Association of Professional Coaches, Counsellors, and Trainers (IAPCCT). He has attended training and mentoring sessions with Robert Dilts (Top Co-developer of NLP), Frank Pucilik (Another Co-founder of NLP), Ian McDermott (UK Based Top Tier 1 NLP Trainer, Vikram’s long-time Coach & Mentor ~ Michael Beale (Michael is Richard Bandler certified Licensed NLP trainer and Licensed coach trainer), Shelle Rose (Top Leading coach from Canada, Pioneer in NLP Language Work). Vikram also works with various Neuro Scientists and Behaviour based experts across the world to create new cutting-edge coaching tools in NLP, NeuroScience, and Emotional Intelligence.

Vikram comes with a solid educational and corporate background. He has an engineering degree from National Institute of Technology (NIT-Hamirpur, which is one of the top engineering colleges in India). He additionally has a Masters in Computer Science from Bradley University, USA.

Vikram has worked in Ernst and Young, India, and IBM Security Services India for over a decade in IT Risk, Cyber Security, Business Sales, Leadership and Team development, Leadership Coaching for Leaders in IBM USA. This unique blend allows him to connect the NLP and Coaching subject in the programs that he facilitates in a way that participants get the best out of the program.

Vikram is the founder of NLP Coaching Academy and he facilitates all public programs (Certified NLP Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner, NLP Trainer program, ICF approved Coach Program, Emotional Intelligence Coach program, NeuroScience based coach program, and NeuroSemantics).

Vikram mentors 200+ global coaches and NLP Trainers in India, US, UK, Dubai, Kuwait, Myanmar, Australia, Sri Lanka, Canada, Nepal etc., and has been instrumental in helping them expand their business, and grow consistently year on year!

Coaching Award – a few years ago (2017) he was listed among the top 100 coaches globally and was presented with the ‘Talent Award’ during the World Coaching Summit by The World Coaching body for his commendable work in Coaching.

As a give back to society, he takes time out from his busy schedule and works Pro Bono with top athletes of India ~ Cricketers, Snooker Champions, Olympians, and many others as a Mind Coach / Peak performance Coach to help them excel in sports.
